• You can apply for a leak adjustment once per 12-month period.

• The adjustment allows you to pay for the water used during the leak at a lower-tiered rate.

• To be eligible, you must pay the initial balance in full before applying for an adjustment.

• Applications for a leak adjustment must be submitted within 60 days of the date of leak repair.

• Proof of repair is a requirement for consideration.
