1. Submit a completed Water Leak Adjustment Form, available on our website, along with documentation of the repairs conducted. This submission must occur within sixty (60) days of the due date indicated on your bill for the period in which the leak occurred.

2. Upon receiving your completed form and the necessary documentation, our team will thoroughly review your billing history and consumption data. We will ascertain the typical amount of water that usually passes through your water meter.

3. Upon approval, we will make adjustments to the charges billed for water services during the period of the water leak. This adjustment can apply for up to two billing periods and cover up to one-half of the leak volume of water.

Please note that water leak adjustments are limited to two per premise within any three-year period.
