Billing Review
Our team analyzes your billing history and meter consumption to determine your normal usage versus the leak period.

Adjustment Credit
If approved, we adjust charges for up to two billing periods, covering up to one‑half of the verified leak volume.
Important: Water leak adjustments are limited to two per premise within any three‑year period. Timely repairs conserve water and reduce future bills.
