Terance Scott is a water-distribution and subsurface-diagnostics professional whose work encompasses complex leak detection, utility systems, building investigations, water conservation, and non-invasive testing. He provides investigative leadership when accurate answers require more than a single instrument or isolated test result.
Scott oversees investigative planning, field support, testing protocols, documentation, and technical review. Water may become visible far from the actual failure after traveling through utility trenches, pipe bedding, foundation interfaces, conduits, pavement assemblies, geological formations, and other paths of reduced resistance. Visible surface moisture is therefore evaluated as part of the complete system rather than treated as conclusive evidence of a leak location.
Artisan Consulting and Subsurface Leak Detection also travel nationally for large-loss investigations and water-conservation programs. Assignments may include system mapping, meter and consumption analysis, acoustic surveys, zone testing, leak correlation, follow-up verification, and repair prioritization.
